Welcome to Woven Wild Gathering September 2025. Before purchasing a ticket for Woven Wild 2025 please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions below. By agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing on your behalf and on behalf of any ticket holder you are purchasing a ticket for, to following the following conditions. 

1 . ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS AND DANGERS
By attending the Woven Wild Gathering, September 2025, I acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with the activities and environment:
(a) Inherent Dangers: I understand and acknowledge that activities at the Woven Wild Gathering involve inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, even with appropriate care, caution, or expertise.
(b) Natural Hazards: The land features natural elements such as dams, creeks, steep inclines, overhanging trees, rocky and muddy footing in areas and wildlife that can present potential dangers. I accept that these elements may be unpredictable and pose risks.
(c) Physical Exertion and Skill: I recognize that the activities at the Woven Wild Gathering require varying levels of physical exertion and skill, ranging from moderate to very high, depending on how I choose to participate.
(d) Remote Location: The Woven Wild Gathering takes place in a rural, semi-remote area, which may be difficult to access. I understand that emergency medical assistance may be delayed, with the nearest hospital being over 25 minutes away.
(e) Nighttime Conditions: Given the minimal nighttime lighting at the Woven Wild Gathering, I acknowledge there is an increased risk of slips, trips, falls, or collisions with natural and man-made objects.
(f) Personal Responsibility: I understand that it is my responsibility to exercise care and attention when using and enjoying the Property and participating in the Woven Wild Gathering's activities.
(g) Unmarked Hazards: I accept that the risks of the Gathering and the Property may result from both man-made and natural conditions. Not all hazards may be immediately visible, marked as dangerous, or mitigated before my participation.
(h) Potential Risks: These inherent risks include, but are not limited to, the following:• Trips, burns, falls, collisions with other participants or objects, wildlife encounters, insect bites, and exposure to harsh weather conditions• We are in the Australian bush and wildlife encounters will occur; I accept that I am sharing the environment with wild insects and animals and am at risk of potential bites or stings from animals such as snakes, spiders, tics, mosquitos, leaches, midges, horseflies and others. • We are in the Australian bush and are subject to potential extreme weather conditions like flash flooding, severe lightening/thunderstorms and bushfires. • Injuries from uneven terrain, falling branches, or hidden hazards• Careless behavior by myself or other participants• Errors in judgment by Woven Wild Collective's directors, organisers, volunteers, facilitators, healers or other agents(i) Possible Injuries: I understand that the risks may lead to a range of injuries, including:• Minor injuries (e.g., bruises, abrasions, muscle soreness)• More serious injuries (e.g., sunstroke, heatstroke, sprained ankles, broken bones, shoulder or back injuries)• Severe injuries (e.g., internal injuries, head trauma, or broken teeth)• Catastrophic injuries, including spinal injuries, paralysis, permanent disabilities, or death.(j) Property and Vehicle Risks: I acknowledge that Woven-Wild Collective PTY LDT is not responsible for any damage to vehicles due to theft, vandalism, or damage from falling tree branches or other hazards.By participating, I accept these risks and agree to take all necessary precautions for my safety and wellbeing.

2. GATHERING
Woven Wild Gathering provides a gathering space where women can come together to share ideas, skills, and experiences in a supportive environment. The event is designed to nurture learning, personal growth, and community building through a variety of nature based activities, which may include but are not limited to:• Skill-share classes• Archery• Daily practices such as yoga, dance, movement and meditation• Evening activities such as music, story-telling, fires, night walks, nighttime ceremonies and discussions• A healing village, where counselors are available to discuss physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns• Interactions with fellow participantsThese activities (collectively, the “Activities”) are offered by individual attendees and facilitators, and not directly provided by Woven-Wild Collective. Your participantions in the Activities is completely voluntarily, and you acknowledge that the roles of Woven-Wild Collective and its directors and organisers are to provide an environment for these exchanges. The Woven-Wild Collective and its directors and organisers do not directly oversee the content or execution of the Activities.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in the Woven Wild Gathering and the Activities, I expressly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether or not caused by the negligence of Woven-Wild Collective PTY LTD or any of its directors, organisers, facilitators, healers or volunteers (collectively, the “Released Parties”). I understand and acknowledge that the use and enjoyment of the Property, the Woven Wild Gathering, and the Activities involve inherent risks that could lead to serious injury or harm, even if Woven-Wild Collective take appropriate precautions.I recognize that the Activities may require varying levels of skill, coordination, and physical fitness. I have read and understood the nature of the Woven Wild Gathering, the Property, and the Activities. I am aware of the physical and mental demands that may be placed upon me, relative to my condition, and I fully appreciate the types of injuries that may occur as a result of participating in these Activities.By attending and engaging in the Woven Wild Gathering and its Activities, I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I knowingly assume all inherent risks involved, both those described in these Terms and Conditions and those that may arise in the future, which may not be currently anticipated or fully understood.
Additionally, I acknowledge that Woven Wild Collective does not provide personal assistants or aides for attendees. If I require assistance during the Woven Wild Gathering, I understand that I must arrange for a personal assistant and purchase an additional ticket for them.

4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF RELIABILITY
By participating in the Woven Wild Gathering and its Activities, I voluntarily and knowingly release and discharge Woven Wild Collective PTY LTD and its directors, organisers, facilitators, healers, volunteers and any other associated parties (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future. This includes any injuries, damages, or death that may arise from my participation in the Woven Wild Gathering, its Activities, or my use of the Property.I understand that I am waiving any right to sue or hold the Released Parties liable for any harm or injury caused by my participation in the Woven Wild Gathering and its Activities, including injuries resulting from ordinary negligence by the Released Parties.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including investigation costs, attorneys' fees, expert fees, and related costs, arising out of any conduct by me at the Woven Wild Gathering or on the Property. This includes any claims made by individuals I have registered to attend the Gathering or by others who are affected by my actions.
This indemnification applies even in the case of ordinary negligence by the Released Parties.6. No Press PolicyTo protect the privacy of participants and foster an environment where individuals can freely express themselves, Woven Wild Collective PTY LTD enforces a No Press Policy at the Woven Wild Gathering. This policy ensures that participants feel safe sharing ideas and experiences without fear of being publicly quoted or portrayed.By attending the Woven Wild Gathering, I agree not to write about, share, or disclose any details about the event, including in articles, blogs, books, video journals, or any other public medium, without prior written consent from Woven Wild Collective PTY LTD. Woven Wild Collective reserves the right to grant or deny this consent at its sole discretion.

7. DIGITAL DETOX
The purpose of the Woven Wild Gathering is to nurture a mindful and immersive experience, free from digital distractions. I understand that there will be limited access to cell reception and internet connection and I agree to embrace this atmosphere of digital detoxification. During the Woven Wild Gathering, I agree to limit my use of digital devices and social media, and I will only use my cell phone or computer within the privacy of my tent or personal living space. I will not use digital devices in public areas of the Woven Wild Gathering to respect the event’s intention to promote connection, presence, and mindfulness among participants.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND USE OF GATHERING IMAGERY

By attending the Woven Wild Gathering, I agree to the following terms, conditions, and guidelines for the use of any photography, video, or other imagery (collectively referred to as "Gathering Imagery") obtained during the event. Cameras are welcome for personal use only, and Woven Wild Collective reserves the right to regulate the use and dissemination of Gathering Imagery to protect participants' privacy and freedom of expression.• I consent to being photographed:      By purchasing a ticket, I consent to photos and/or videos being taken of me by Woven Wild 
      Collective PTY LDT, to be used for marketing purposes such as website, social media,
      marketing material, posters, merchandise and other Woven Wild related projects and 
      creations. • Personal Use Only:
Gathering Imagery may only be used for "Personal Use," which includes:o Sharing with friends and familyo Sharing on personal social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), as long as the account is not affiliated with any business or commercial entity and the images are not used for commercial purposes.o However, the use of Gathering Imagery on personal accounts or websites will be considered "Personal Use" only if the number of followers or visitors is not excessively large, as determined by Woven Wild Collective in its sole discretion.
I understand that Woven Wild Collective may, in its sole discretion, determine whether any use of Gathering Imagery is for Personal Use. I acknowledge that I may not use any Gathering Imagery for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Woven Wild Collective, and that such permission may be denied at Woven Wild Collective's sole discretion.• Prohibited Uses:
I agree not to:o Sell, transfer, license, sublicense, or provide Gathering Imagery to any third party, except for Personal Use.o Use Gathering Imagery in any public or media articles, advertisements, promotional materials, or other commercial ventures without obtaining prior written consent from Woven Wild Collective PTY LTDo Use Gathering Imagery with the intent for non-personal use without Woven Wild Collective's permission, acknowledging that doing so constitutes trespassing, and Woven Wild Collective PTY LTD may take appropriate legal action against trespassers.
(a) Obtaining Consent:
If I wish to take photographs or videos of other participants, I will seek and obtain clear, informed consent from any individuals who may be included in the images or recordings. I acknowledge that consent is specific to each situation, and that a participant may withdraw consent at any time. I agree to:• Seek and obtain consent from all participants in each instance before taking their photograph or video.• Immediately cease filming or photographing if requested by any participant.• Avoid interfering with the experiences of others during the Gathering.• Refrain from publicly displaying any images that violate the privacy of others or infringe upon their rights.
(b) Posting and Sharing Gathering Imagery:
If I post or allow Gathering Imagery to be shared on any personal website or third-party platform, I agree to:• Clearly indicate that the imagery is for personal use only and may not be used for any other purpose.• Ensure that the Gathering Imagery is not downloadable or copyable without permission.• Refrain from posting or licensing Gathering Imagery that includes nudity or partial nudity.• Remove any images promptly if requested by Woven Wild Collective for any reason, in Woven Wild Collective's sole discretion.• Allow Woven Wild Collective to revoke any incorrect or inappropriate licensing, such as Creative Commons licenses, on Gathering Imagery that violates these Terms and Conditions, and to remove such images from websites where they are displayed.(c) Nudity and Partial Nudity:
Woven Wild Collective forbids any use of Gathering Imagery containing nudity or partial nudity for anything other than Personal Use, without the express written consent of the subjects. Violations of this policy should be reported to Woven Wild Collective immediately.

9. PERMISSABLE PHOTOGRAPHY
While general photography is prohibited, except for personal use, Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd records certain events or programs using authorised documentarians. These individuals will be identifiable by the yellow media tags they are required to wear. By entering the Gathering and participating in any activities, including Woven Wild events or programs, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. This may include your likeness, voice, and/or image, whether clothed or nude, by Woven Wild Collective Pty Ltd. You consent to Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd use of such media for promotional purposes, including publishing, exhibiting, or reproducing images and recordings for future events or marketing efforts.If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must submit a formal request to the event organisers by September 1, 2025.By entering the Gathering, you release Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd, its directors, organisers, representatives, and all involved parties from any liability related to the use of photography, audio, or video recordings taken during the event. 

10. MEDICAL WAIVER AND RELEASE
Participants at the Gathering may seek first aid services, which may include plant-based remedies and, when necessary, pharmaceutical or Western medicine options. During the provision of first aid, personnel may check your blood pressure, examine your tongue, feel your pulse, or ask to inspect any affected area. The first aid staff are not necessarily medical doctors, and any recommendations provided are advisory only.You understand that (a) no claims are made regarding the effectiveness of herbal or plant-based treatments, lifestyle changes, or dietary recommendations to treat or cure medical conditions; (b) no guarantee of success or effectiveness is implied for any treatment plan; and (c) you are free to act on or disregard any wellness or first aid suggestions.In the event of injury, illness, or emergency, you consent to receiving medical treatment deemed advisable by Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd or its designated agents, including emergency first aid, CPR, medical devices, and transportation to medical facilities if necessary. You agree to bear responsibility for any costs associated with emergency medical care or transportation.You hereby release Woven-Wild Collective , the Released Parties, and all individuals involved in the provision of wellness or medical aid from any liability related to their advice, treatment, or care decisions.Participants with known acute or chronic medical conditions are (a) solely responsible for managing their condition during the Gathering; (b) required to bring all necessary accommodations, medications, medical equipment, and services to properly care for and monitor their condition; (c) strongly encouraged to bring a medical aid/partner if necessary; and (d) advised to check in with the First Aid tent on the first day of the Gathering to familiarisethemselves with the staff and inform Wellness personnel of any condition if required.

11. REVOCABLE LICENSE
I understand that any ticket or wristband credential, and my entry upon the Property and to the Gathering, grants only a revocable license, which is permissive in nature. My use of the Property and participation in the Gathering may be revoked at any time for any reason. Upon notice of such revocation, I will immediately become a trespasser on the Property, at which point I understand that Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd may use all lawful means to remove me from the Property, including assistance from local law enforcement agencies. I understand that failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in eviction from the Property and the Gathering without a refund of any purchase price, and that Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd may bar me from entry to future events.

12. MINORS
I understand that children under 18 years of age may only attend the Gathering if accompanied by a parent or guardian. If I bring a minor to the Gathering, I agree to the contractual terms contained in these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor. I understand that I am responsible for supervising and caring for the minor, and I cannot leave any minor who is incapable of caring for themselves unattended. If any minor is unattended and in need of assistance, I acknowledge that other participants or Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd personnel may provide such reasonable assistance, and I hereby release any such participant or personnel from liability related to providing assistance.

13. TICKETS FOR OTHERS
If I am obtaining tickets and/or entry credentials for, or providing tickets and/or entry credentials to, another person(s), I acknowledge that I am acting as that person's agent in obtaining the tickets and/or entry credentials. Due to this agency relationship, I agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of anyone to whom I deliver tickets and/or entry credentials, and I will notify such persons of these Terms and Conditions when I deliver the tickets or credentials. If I have obtained tickets and/or entry credentials from another person, I also agree to these Terms and Conditions when the tickets or credentials are delivered to me.Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd does not provide personal assistants/aides for attendees. If I believe I may need a personal assistant/aide, I understand that I must purchase an additional ticket for that person.

14. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. I understand that my ticket or entry credential is not subject to any refund, bears no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. I understand that my ticket or entry credential is non-transferable except as outlined below. I acknowledge that tickets and/or entry credentials are nonrefundable even if I am asked to leave by Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd for a possible violation of these Terms and Conditions or the regulations at the Gathering, or if the Gathering is terminated early, cancelled or postponed to another date or location.I understand that my ticket and/or entry credential may only be transferred to another woman under the following conditions: (1) the transfer is for no more than the original amount paid for the ticket or credential and associated fees, and (2) the transferee signs a copy of the Terms and Conditions before attending the Gathering. No exceptions will be made to these conditions.

15. TICKET LICENSE IS REVOCABLE
Tickets and entry credentials are revocable licenses that may be revoked by Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd for reasons including, but not limited to, resale for more than the face value, exceeding the ticket limit, or assisting unauthorised entry. Upon revocation, no refund will be issued.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of the cancellation of the Gathering due to severe weather, heavy rain or unavoidable circumstances, all tickets will be transferred to another date. There will be no refunds issued. Tickets can be transferred or sold onto a third party, resale for no more than the face value. 

17. ARBITRATION, MEDIATION, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises out of or relates to the Gathering and/or these Terms and Conditions, or the breach thereof, and the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through mediation.If a party fails to respond to a written request for mediation within 30 days after service or fails to participate in any scheduled mediation conference, that party shall be deemed to have waived its right to mediate the dispute. 

18. HEALTH AND SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The safety and health of all event attendees is paramount. Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd cannot guarantee that attendees will not contract COVID-19, its variants, or other infectious diseases. By attending the Gathering, I assume all risks, including health risks related to COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence of others. I acknowledge and agree to the health and safety measures set by Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd and assume full responsibility for any health risks.

19. CURRENT VERSION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY
I understand that these Terms and Conditions may be updated by Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd prior to the Gathering. The most current version will apply, and I agree to abide by the Terms in effect at the time of my entry. The latest version can be found at https://wovenwildgathering.com/terms-and-conditions.

20. GENERAL
I confirm that these Terms, along with any liability waivers and indemnification provisions, supersede any prior agreements regarding the Gathering. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between me and Woven-Wild Collective Pty Ltd and cannot be changed except in writing. I agree that these Terms are intended to be as broad and as permissible under the laws of the State of New South Wales, and if any part is invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. By accepting these Terms (e.g., by clicking “Accept” or similar), I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, as if I had signed a physical copy.
